Lou Ann Bramwell-Shakes
Director Serving Region 5 St. Elizabeth, Manchester & Clarendon
Mrs. Bramwell-Shakes serves as Teacher-Librarian at Hayes Primary &
Junior High School. She began her career at Kemps Hill High School as a teacher
and netball coach.
A graduate of Bethlehem Teachers’ College, she later earned a Bachelor of
Education from the University of the West Indies and a Master of Science in
Educational Leadership from Central Connecticut State University.
She was elected to the Board of the JTA Co-op Credit Union on May 4,
2013.
