TEACHERS' SCHOLARSHIP 2010
Applications are invited for twelve (12) Scholarship/Grants to be awarded in 2010 to Full Time students entering the final year of a first-degree programme at a recognized University. The applicants must be members of the JTA Co-operative Credit Union Ltd., who have successfully completed their second year programme, (or the first year, for those doing a two year course), preferably in the field of Education. Applications should be accompanied by two (2) references with one preferable from the institution being attended, along with the exam results of the preceding year.

INTEREST RATES GO DOWN AT JTA CREDIT UNION
The following interest rates have been reduced at the JTA Co-op. Credit Union:
- The Auto Loan rate was previously at 18.25 for brand new vehicles and 19.05 for used vehicles 1-4 years old.
- The Education & Back to School Loan is now at 21% (previously 23%)

Keep your Access Plus debit cards in a safe place, never to allow another person to use your card- If you are no longer utilizing your card, dispose of it by cutting it up

Your Credit Union now has the facility to communicate with you through text and voice messaging. Messages can be received on cell phones from all mobile providers as well as land lines (voice message).
For this to be effective, it is important that that your file at the Credit Union contains your updated phone numbers.
